We are so excited that Baucom's Best is going to be all over Charlotte this week!!!   We hope you will stop by one of these fabulous locations and enjoy our 100% Grass Fed Beef and Premium Pastured chicken!!! 

To the Moon and Beyond.....
Our Premium Pastured Chicken will be featured at Grateful Growers' Harvest Moon Grille along with other wonderful local products.  The creative folks at "The Moon" will be preparing a Lemon Balm Tea Brined Fried Chicken with Cracklin' Corn Bread and fresh slaw made with cabbage and summer squash.  Look for the Bright Orange Cart at the corner of Trade and Tryon on Tuesday and Thursday and at the Gateway Village on Wednesday.  Lunch is served from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm.  Lunch at the Harvest Moon is not only a great way to support your local farmers, but the food is absolutely incredible!!!  But don't just take our word for it, Helen Schwab of the Charlotte Observer gave the Harvest Moon Grill a well deserved 4 Star Rating.  So if you've never been to "The Moon", make a point of stopping by this week.


Matthews Midweek
Farmers Market
The Matthews Community Farmer's Market has began a Midweek Market on Wednesdays from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm and we will be there with our 100% Grass Fed Beef and Premium Pastured Chicken.  This is a great opportunity for those of you who can't make the regular Saturday Morning Market!!  There is a wide variety of vendors at the midweek market, no long lines and plenty of produce to choose from.  Why not invite someone from work to come with you for lunch and introduce them to this wonderful market.  While your there, pick up some Ground Beef Patties or our Whole Chicken Legs for dinner or take a tasty treat from one of the fabulous bakeries back to your office to share with your co-workers!!! 

 
Discovery Place Grand Reopening
Discover Place is planning a weekend of festivities to celebrate the opening of the new World Alive Exhibit and the end of the Museum's renovation.  Baucom's Best will be there to join in the celebration!!!  Discovery Place's Community Cafe will be serving a delicious Baucom's Best Burger during the events on both Saturday and Sunday.  The Community Cafe, catered by Something Classic, features fresh, healthy fare including sandwiches, salads, drinks and wholesome snacks.  The Community Cafe focuses on teaching kids to Eat with their Eyes. . . Colorful = Healthy as well as teaching kids about composting, community gardens and sustainability.  The Baucom's Best Burger is a regular item on the Community Cafe menu and admission to the museum is not required to enjoy lunch at the Cafe any day of the week.
